• If you are travelling in Southwest Business class then you can cancel your flight up to 10 minutes before scheduled departure. If you cancel after that then Southwest Airlines will forfeit the amount of your ticket fare.
• You will get full refund for cancelling anytime fare before 10 minutes from the scheduled departure.
• You can cancel Wanna get away fare 10 minutes before scheduled departure and get the refund in your Future wallet as it is non-refundable fare. If you are unable to cancel before 10 minutes of scheduled departure then ticket fare will not be refunded.
